About Our School
Martial Arts for Life is a family-oriented martial arts school serving residents of Mountainside, NJ and all surrounding areas. Martial Arts for Life is family-owned and operated by long-time Mountainside residents Rich and Michelle Brugger. We emphasize personal protection skills, health, fitness and life skills in a safe, friendly and positive environment to help our students increase self-confidence and become successful, contributing members of our communty.

Mountainside NJ parents love our kids martial arts program. We provide modern, professional, results-oriented training. It's the perfect blend of personal protection skills, character enrichment and personal development.
Martial Arts for Life is located at 1260 Springfield Ave., New Providence, NJ (The Village Shopping Center). You can reach us at 908.464.2836.
The Village Shopping Center in New Providence is centrally located and easily accessible from Mountainside, NJ. If your child is a student at Deerfield Elementary School or Beechwood Elementary school he or she will join friends and neighbors in our classes!
