About Our School

Martial Arts for Life is a family-oriented martial arts school serving residents of Mountanside, NJ and all surrounding areas. Operated by long-time Mountainside residents Rich and Michlle Brugger, Martial Arts for Life is family-owned and operated and has been serving the local community since 2005. We emphasize personal protection skills, health, fitness and life skills in a safe, friendly and positive environment to help our students increase self-confidence and become successful, contributing members of our communty.
